SAMSUNG MS25 Whats the deal with my drive? - play dvd

Hi, I just bought an xbox, its a falcon and it came with an samsung drive, which i originally thought it was spoofed, but i made an update (there was old db like 9xxx) to 15574, i thought it will stop because of the drive is spoofed, but it went good, xbox didnt show any problem, so i thought that samsung drive was original one (or at least the original was the same type)

First problem came when I wanted to flash it, sticker on the drive says its a ms28, but JF recognized it asi ms25. So I read the key and flash with ms25 LT2.01. Everything went fine in JF.

After that I have attached the drive to xbox and every game (even originals) is giving "play dvd" error. What can be the problem?

Edit: I just put there an xgd3 backup and it said "play game" but when i selected to play, it gave me the startup screen "sign in". After hitting B for game details it wont show me anything, the screen only "blinks" and get me back to dashboard

Wrong key.

In the case of a spelling error, I blame Tapatalk.

thought that, but was hoping its something easier to fix... when i can expect rgh for such a console with 15574 db?

Edit: The dvd key is ending "FEFEEF" - i think that is the problem, am I right?

i am just looking into hex editor for the key, i cant see anything under 4xxx, but there is something under 39xx can the key be there? or some other position?

edit: 16202 update gives e66 error, although 13146 and 15574 went good... what can cause that? this makes me think that there was not samsung drive originally.
