The second comes with the Kit.(first one) The Kit has the Nand Programmer you will need. Once you have it you can just buy the qsb boards seperatly.

kit 2 is a non xexnon kit that solders directly on the bottom of the motherboard i would recommend again it unless you have good soldering skills
