Hi i have just bought an xbox 360 off ebay which has a problem with the Dvd drive here is video of the problem does anyone know what i can do to fix it.

Would it be possible to mabye try to pull the firmware off the drive to get the dvd key and buy a new drive?

I dont know if it is just the drive now because when it is booted up the screen freezes but there shouldn't be anything wrong with the motherboard according to the seller. it could be the drive causing it to freeze but i don't know. Has anyone else had any trouble like this?????

ok first try doing a x-clap fix then the freezing should go away test the dvd drive and if it dont work u would have to reprogram it
