What's your ideal method of game backups?

GOD (Game on Demand)? Extracting to folder run through Xex? Running through FSD?

So far, I've just been converting games to GoD's. What are the pros/cons of the methods? Is there one way that is generally more preferable to most people, that's advantageous over the others?

I just extract them to my hdd. And delete the other langs I dont use and since fsd boots when I start the console. I don't need god files.

I have managed to play GOD, XBLA FreeStyleDash via connectX from shared folder on the PC HDD.
So is GOD back-up is perfect in any case.
