Ok, your key was not copied from your orig.bin to your hacked.bin. How did you create hacked.bin. I remember talking to you last night on IRC about samhack saying that hacked.bin was not found. I had you put a hacked.bin in the same directory as the orig.bin. Did you just flash it without running samtool? Thats what it sounds like to me.
So, you need to open a command prompt window (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt), goto the directory on your floppy (if i remember correctly, thats what you were using) and type:
samtool orig.bin hacked.bin
This is assuming you download samtool (as i recommended last night) and extracted it to the directory that contains your orig.bin and hacked.bin. It should be samtool.exe.
This should fix your key issue, assuming your orig.bin was a good backup, which I hope for your sake it was.
