RGH When trying to Read Nand Error message comes up

Ok, so i got all my stuff from modtraders on sunday, and installed everything, i then flashed the cool runner, all good so far, it was only when i tried to read the nand by plugging in the cables, plugging it into the NAND X and then plugging the NAND X into my computer i realised that it didnt work because when i tried to Read the Nand it said the following message:
looking for usb interace device
Can not continue

What do i do, help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou

Also do you have the drivers installed for the nand-x, and is the power lead plugged in when you are dumping the nand?
