It was mentioned in another post. Creating a nand backup could not be easier thanks to SX OS. Boot into the SX OS menue with the jig and dongle. Once there click “options”. On the left side click NAND and create backup. It walks you through the process and gives you information on what you are about to do. No need for instructions.

Glad it wasn't just me.
I don't undertand why there needs to be a guide, if it's right on the screen... but maybe it's just me..

My guide would be

1. Press Emunand
2. Select which one.
3. Press start
4. Go do something else for 2-4 hours.
