yeah dude there is a tutorial here on the website, let me find a link, but basically you need mIRC and you go to this channel, just sit there and follow the commands of the bot, DON'T exit mIRC, and you'll be given a FTP username/password so you go on FlashXP and then navigate to the site and enter the UN and PW and go d/l it.

I don't think it makes a difference if you play it off the HDD or the DVD.
