youve been told exactly what to do. you need 1 lt switch per drive.
it might also be an idea to tell people where you are, so the right people can answer.

like flash said, you have had more than enough answers to your questions, i personally have answered to 2 of them, all you need to do is do a bit of research first, it's not that hard and all the answers are on this site.
