Where do I get m8plus_1.6 BIOS?

Too complicated??? FFS - you just flash it to your chip. Unless you want to customize the BIOS, then that's all you need to do. I've already said this in a previous post.

If this isn't making sense, then put the lot away and run it as a normal Xbox.

If bank 1 is booting FlashBIOS, then my advice is to make a 1MB BIOS like you did before but have the 1st 512k for X2CL and the 2nd 512k for FlashBIOS (to overwrite the M8+16 on bank 2).

Reflash and you'll be fine.
