Where the fudge do you stick that chip to?

Ok, so i got the an X3 did the wire instalation, you guys really bash the wire instalation.
It's not really as bad as you say, the hardest part was that damn D0 damn is that thing small, and it'd still had to have been done even if i did a pin header instal.

Anyhow, it's already soldered and i just want to know where do i stick the chip to? I don't want it just bouncing around in there.

just stick it to the metal on the side thats what that sticky foamy thing is for

that's gonna block a lot of air flow

EDIT: Okay so i managed to position it just right on the side so it doesn't block hardly any air, thanks for the tip :wink:

Kinect on Banned Lite-On

I was going to get a Kinect and use it on a banned box. I realize I need the new dashboard, but isn't it possible to get the dashboard update on a disk now?

If so, all I would need to do is update to the dashboard to use the Kinect on the modded box right?

I could care less about playing these Kinect games online, I can/will do that on my legit box if the games are good.

Also, does anyone know where to find a download of the dashboard update?

You wont be able to run any of the new ap2.5 games due to drives firmware unless you have Samsung LT but once LT+ is released it should fix the problem on the other drives.
