where to download the oct 11th update

Hey, I am wondering if anyone knows where I can download the the oct, 11th update dash 13604 from? I am wanting to put it on a usb flash drive. Tried xbox.com but couldn't get it there for some reason. Any other place that may have it?

You the man Joe. Is it safe to go back to stock apply this update offline through usb and then flash to 2.0 and get back online? I know there is always risks, but I havent had any probs since the 2009 ban wave hit me and since lt came out. Are you back online with the latest dash and lt 2.0?

well, it seems there weren't any extra checks and the dae.bin didn't change

so for what its worth, flashing to stock, updating, and going to 2.0 is "safe"

K. Thnx for the info. Lots of things/changes happening in the scene lately, more so than in the past. Hard for me to keep up with everything that is going on right now. Thnx again for taking time to answer a few questions for me.
