where to go from here?!

Always seems I'm late to the party.

Got a brand new xbox 360 and would like to do the whole play back up game thing. Doing the Wii for backup games a while back was easy enough however most of the topics I see around for the 360 are a couple years at least since they have been updated and more questions lately than answers to those questions. I guess the modding heyday for this system was a while back, well is is 10 now.

Sooo the point...unsure on how to proceed so wouldn't mind some help and it would be appreciated. Been reading as much as I can and I'd rather have more of the r-jtag side of things (ie more control) than the **** side of things. I'm familiar with computers so I do think I would have issues on that side of things however more specifically what parts would be needed to what components are in the new 360.

when u say play backup I hope u mean. backup of ur own games!
if so I could mod the console for u as long as its a winchester motherboard.

16547 is the dashboard version stated in the settings

With that mfr date Nov 2014 it will probably have the Winchester motherboard, which can't be modded in anyway.

Your console cant be modded. So I think you dont need to go anywhere

Thanks for the responses. The machine has been returned and will look at getting an earlier model for this purpose.
