Where to put X2Cl.ini file?

As the title say, where do I put the X2Cl.ini file? May be a stubid question, but good for the noobs...

It's in the changelog.txt and I think in the readme.txt which accompanied the downloaded file.

Take a read - worthwhile reading them both anyway..
