Where's the support?

Why doesn't the flash screen comes up? It did the first time I tried and i didnt load any bios or anything. So i built the box back and what do you know, it doesnt boot the bios screen anymore. The panel doesnt work, but the LED on the X3 does work. Why is it doing this? I looked through this forum..... nothing on it... figures. I'd like some help, i'm not a noob when it comes to modchips. (and yes, everything is connected)

specs:
xbox 1.6B
X3 and LPC rebuild

Also, It boots as if the chip isn't there now. I've used PS2 modchip techniques in order to get power to the chip since the LPC pin didnt get the right current. i', also using the alt gnd point for double ground.

Will installing Kinect negate my mod?

Hello,

I have a Hitachi with the 1.51 mod. Does anyone know what will happen if I hook my Kinect up to it? I'm worried that it will install a new dashboard and thus not allow any of my backed up games to play.

Any help is appreciated.

So without that update, my backed up games won't play once I install the Kinect dash?

Do you happen to know if this will be out before xmas?

I have a hitachi with 1.51 also. I've updated my console fully and play kinect daily (offline obviously). Installing the new dashboard and kinect will NOT change the mod in any way. Hope this helps.

Cool, thank you. Are you able to play backed up Kinect games too, or is that require the new firmware update?

Yes you can play backed up kinect games. If you're asked for an update when inserting the disc, just go ahead and update.

Ok, thanks again. Was curious as I inserted a backed up Kinect game and it didn't ask anything. It was just stuck on the 360 screen/logo.

I'll put in the game that game with the Kinect and let it update the dash before trying another backed up game.

word of warning! if its 78/79 it wont work for ap25 games!
