which one of these lite-on jungleflasher tutorials do i use

My console dashboard # is 2.0.16756.0 so im not suppose to follow the first one apparently since its higher than 2.0.13599

but on the newer tutorial it says "It should say 2.0.13146.0. If it doesn't then you have not updated your console yet so this guide is not applicable to you (until you update)"

so which one do i follow, or does it not matter.
the firmware on my lite-on drive says: 83850c and dg:16d2s-09c
