Which part on lens is problem

Have a stock xbox 360 slim dg16d4s drive. When i turn on the xbox the tray doesnt open. I removed top of tray and put magnetic cap to spin disk... nothing. The lens doesnt move at all when it turns on.. i put the pcb in another xbox tray and that work fine so i know its not the pcb... what could ge costing the dead dvd tray?

Worm motor maybe? If you move the laser back when inserting a disc it should automatically move back up front. But I think that's 2 separate issues. Not opening at all maybe bad rubber

Its like the tray doesnt get any power at all...and the rubber in it is replaced
