Which Xbone Game Should I buy?

Depend what u like. There aren't that many. Ghost comes to mind.

I've got ghosts on 360 (and I would not call it horrible). Looking at one if the racing games, ryse, or maybe dead rising.

If u dont mind waiting a bit Titanfall looks pretty damn awesome. But if u want a new game now i would go for forza 5. IMO its the best xbone game out at the moment

Having played Ryse, BF4, Forza 5, Dead Rising 3, I was pleasantly surprised by Dead Rising and Ryse. Thought as said before Forza 5 looks superb.
