hello i received this chip from a third party site. I doubt the originality of the products. I started to solder the tablecloth v2. I realized that the chip was not identical to the original there are missing components on my chip which had this problem. who can help me please thank you .

here are the photos in yellow the areas where the components are missing which can tell me if it is a true a fack. I order on aliexpress.

Where did you buy them? Did you make sure that it was authorized reseller? If that reseller is on the list of authorized reseller, then I would try to contact them.

I order them on aliexpress I it is not if it is an approved reseller. if there are false chips circulating you must warn the community not dirty the reputation of the team I send you a capture of my order

try to contact aliexpress and get a refund by shipping it back to the seller.

I would contact team xecuter support. Definetly something wrong when they are both different. elewelt is authorized reseller. try to contact them too.

not yet, I'm waiting for a last tinning tool, but before starting I would like to be sure that everything is ok. in another post a guy posted the installation video, and I noticed that a component is missing on his chip, but he hasn't written anything about it. maybe they are just different versions. now it would take an official response from the team rather than the seller, since elewelt is official and I took two in the same order

I soldered only the tablecloth v2. I did not want to go further, not to brick the console, if it is a copy. Maybe it's a Nintendo counterattack against the teams

The v2 cable does not remain in place in the chip connector; it constantly leaves the housing. The connectors are defective, that's what alerted me to the authenticity of the chip. After comparison I saw the difference between the two.

hello i install the chip it works. just a problem with the fan which does not turn when the console starts and does not turn when I start a game. I will dismantle everything tomorrow, to redo a complete check of the connections.

the fan starts only when a temp threshold is reached. Mine is also not starting even playing games. when it starts to get hot or it reaches the temp threshold, then the fan starts too.

very well, you probably only inserted the fan connector incorrectly, it happened to me in some laptops. I can't wait for the tinning equipment to arrive, but it is now quite clear that there are multiple versions of the chip, but it would be interesting to receive confirmation from the team

I took the risk of installing it. I receive another chip tomorrow I will see if it is the same models. I think all is well connected I watched the tutorial of the installation of the chip and the fan does not turn either when the console starts. Good luck for the installation of your chip it is very important to make a cut to not pinch the tablecloth of the chip I send you a link which served me well for the cut

do you have any problem with sx core? Should i buy “Fake” chip?

that missing chip was available on early development models, it is a usb 3.1/3.0 transistor which is not needed after the update from 1.0 to v1.1 which takes place automatically on first boot of the sx core, this statment from xecutor team on rocket chat yesterday. hope this helps
