One of my Xboxes has that crappy Philips DVD drive that seems to hate most DVD media that I put in it. I'm looking for feedback from anybody who has done the pot tweak on this drive. My Xbox is a 1.5 made in September 2003. It seems pretty straight forward to tweak the pot, but I'd like to hear some experiences.
