I cant seem to ftp to my xbox to set up my dashboard. does anyone have any advice I have a crossover cable and a NIC. I also keep reading that if I hold down the white button it will take me to a set up menu I cant seem to do this and I hold down the white button when it is booting up. am I suppose to make a copy of my dash to adisk and boot it that way to make a ftp connection. I am so confused.

the menu you need is the X3 config menu which you should see when you boot your xbox, what colour is your X3 Led and what comes on screen when you boot?
when I boot my xbox with my x3 the color on the x3s switch bourd is blue. im not sure what an led is if its the color around the eject button it is green. when I boot up I see EvoX in the top left corner with the x in the middle of the screen. after that it looks like my regular dash bourd. Did I flash the wrong bios?

witch bios do I need and can I flash over what I already flashed. If so do I do it the same way I flashed the first one. thanks for your help.
Beep from my Xbox 360
Curious if this means anything? I was playing Forza 3, had been playing maybe an hour, and I hear a random beep from my box. Nothing happened, no glitch, freeze, oddities or anything, just a beep. Does this mean anything? Is this a bad omen? Kinda nervous, don't want RROD or some other crap. Any help?

i aint sure what that is... but it's probably nothing i would worry about at this point simply because if your system is going to RRoD it's going to do it eventually regardless if your system is moded or not.
