Why cant i get the Bios off of..........

i went to the download section of the teamxecuter page and when i went and clicked download file for the 3.03 bios it came up with a page of jibberish

anyone know how i can get them if that wont work?????

something tells me im gonna have a problem with this

There is no need to download that bios off the website... its already on the chip.
If you read the flashbios page properly, you download the bios from #xbins.
