Why no Xecuter booth at e3?

I imagine it would be a very funny fight, the overcofident M$ vs. the crafty reliant Executer team.... The executer side would use the M$ weaponary against them...
Thats really all it is in a nutshell....a Mod-Chip brings out more in the system and makes it worth its money.
