ANSWERED Wich chip I should buy?

Hi! First of all, sorry for my worst english.
Even if I've got experience on flashing drives (both Phat and Slims) i haven't read anything (or so) about RGH.
I know that is a "universal jtag" (except for Corona motherboard, for now) to run Homebrews and Iso backups from external hard drive (alternatives to ******, x360key etc.)
In conjunction of the first RGH exploit, more chips were produced to make easier the RGH installation process.
Right now, i'm confused about a few things:
1) Wich chips are in commerce for RGH?
2) Are they all the same?
3) (most important question) I'm interested ONLY in DVD key recovery. I don't want to run homebrews, alternative dashboards or something else, but i would like to find the simplest way to recover the dvd key of a console. This means more consoles (so nothing permanent). I know that to achieve this, i've got to solder-desolder everytime but it doesn't matter. So the question is: What is, right now, the simplest way to recover a DVD Key using the RGH exploit (and what chip to buy to make it easier?)

TX Coolrunner is your best option. It is quite simple to install, there is quite a few great tutorials (Fib3r's is my favorite www.team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76193 ) and it comes with best support forum should something go wrong;-)

A NAND-X for reading/writing nand would be a good idea. You can buy a bundle with everything you need

Yeah but you need CPU key to decrypt nand dump. So you have to install a Coolrunner and boot into XELL to get CPU key

Is this: http://www.modtraders.co.uk/product....&cat=32&page=1 all i need? It seems (from photo) that there is nand-x v2 but it isn't listed in the bundle components. It's easier v2 or v3 nand-x?

You need to have v3. (I ordered my NAND-X from that site and it was delivered with v3).

That bundle don't seem to fit your purpose.
If you're just going to solder it and then desolder it.
QSB's don't seems to be a good idea.
Better to just go for wire install.

No QSB as suggested, i need only somethind to recover DVD key from more consoles. So something to assemble-disassemble (solder-desolder) everytime.

nandpro usb: +w16 image_00000000.ecc
and successfully retrieved my DVDKey, I don't need CPUKey and all the rest of the Fiber's Guide to continue the RGH process. Can i simply do
nandpro usb: +w16 nanddump.bin
and restore all back to original?

Personally, you should retrieve the cpu key.

Decrypt your Nand with it using 360 Flash Tool. And it will tell you which Drive you are supposed to have inside the machine.

Then you can replace like for like, as spoofing is no longer supported

I agree there is no reason not to grab the cpu key while your there.

Also you write back the original nand dump with:
nandpro usb: -w16 nanddump.bin
Or you can use xell.

Ok, so after a backup of my nand and Cpu/Dvd keys grabbed, i can restore my nand using
nandpro usb: -w16 nanddump.bin
With Cpu Key i can decrypt my nand backup too, for other information like expected dvd drive and other useful info. Right?
