ok im so so lost i just got a new X3 and did the whole wire install and everything now when i turn on the xbox it turns on and then right off and then on again and then off and then on and then starts to flash in red and green and i get no video on my tv now if i unplug the chip from the socket and turn it on agian it boots up normaly and give me an error 16 which is cause i got a new hdd in it so its kewl now does any know about this or can lead me in the right direction am i doing something worng ?????
