Will I have to delete everything on my Switch to set up EmuNAND?

I have a Switch with a bunch of games I downloaded via eShop so I don't have the cartridge. I don't want to lose my saves or the games. Will setting up SX mess with that at all?

My current switch has a 256gb micrSD card. Do I have to format it to use it, or should I use a new microSD card?

put the sd card in your PC and copy the nintendo folder. Once you have dumped your nand and installed emunand etc you can move the folder back (renaming it emutendo) and all your games will be there
