I can't seem to be able to flash the x3 with the front control panel selected. I set the switches properly and no matter what position the flash protect is in it comes back with the "unknown flash, Halting" error. I unhooked the control pnael and it flashed fine. anybody know why it wouldnt work with the control panel attached. i have a v1.6 xbox.

maybe cus your switches are f**ked ?
you can control your bios bank settings thru x3 config live - so it will not effect the use of your mod in anyway

could be bent pins on the chip or ext switch, stuck flash protect switch (try moving it to on and off a couple of times), pinched or exposed wires under the controller ports, or could be faulty switch.dave83 said:
