i can get the to the web page, and when i click the upload and flash button, the xbox light just flashs green and amber. I let it sit for at least 15 minutes and the xbox never turned off. So i just shut the xbox off. Tried again and still never got it to go. i tried this with the front switch plugged in and not. and when it was plugged in the switch order was on on off off off. It gets to the screen that says FLASHING XECUTER, but there is no progress bar. then when i go to turn off the xbox, youll see the progress start and it will shut off. and now if tried flashing with CD as well, and no luck.
Will not start progress untill i turn of the consol

Hitachi drive Question
ive just got an xbox with an hitachi drive and its getting modded at the weekend.
i notice on the top right of the site that the iXtreme firmware is still 1.51 so will i be able to play the newest games?
will i need to use the stupid boot disc thing i noticed going around when the new wave came out?

yes you will be able to play the latest games but won't be safe online...if you want to play online better wait for LT to come out for the hitachi...other than that its okay
