Will they Know if I opened a refurb if it breaks?

Hey, I'm waiting on my third 360 from MS. I'm thinking of modding it but I'm afraid the console will just die after a few months like the other 2.

I'm wondering if they would know I opened it up, if and when I have to send it for repair? Considering it's going to be a refurb and not new, so it's been opened a bunch of times already. What do you guys think?

This wont be discussed here. What you are talking about violates their policy and we will not aid you in doing so. If you dont want to take the chance that your xbox may die then dont void the warranty. It is that simple.
