Will this Jtag wiring work on a Xenon...

Okay, I had someone on this forum do a reball and the Jtag wiring for me but apparently I was missing one of the QSB for the Jtag so he used the falcon wires instead as in the picture below.

I trust this person(since everyone else does) but he never confirmed it through my PM. So, I'm coming here to the other experts for your confirmation that this will work on a Xenon motherboard.

Also, using the Jtag tool, will I need to use Xellous? I ask because Xell shows HDMI which mine doesn't have.

Thanks for your time.

I'm assuming the yellow wire is just looping around the capacitors because of the length of the wire
Are all those solder points connected on the QSB's if they are! power her up she should work

Choose Xellous

The switch on the jtag connection might be in the off position

Well, is it still safe to try it out? Or should I have a friend fix it first?

EDIT: Also, which notch should the Jtag on/off be at? There are 3 notches to choose from.

What do you mean installed correctly? I've never soldered before but they connections look decent from my angle.

I can try to take more pictures if you like...

EDIT: Well, I can't get good pictures using my phone of the soldering.

I'm gonna go ahead and try the nand. I just don't feel safe with the Jtag. I feel like I should have someone solder the other QSB on because using just the two wires scares me.

Yes, they look like that. Only thing is, there are a couple that 'look' like there isn't as much solder as the others but seems like it is getting contact.

There aren't any separate solder connections touching together if that is what you are asking.

EDIT: By the way, I just want to say thanks for helping me with this.

Yes, I was able to dump the Nand(3 times).

Only thing is I ran 360 flash dump tool to check the CB(had 1888) and it showed 'bad key/kv' all along the right side under key vault.

Is this because I didn't enter my CPU information when it first opened up?

Here is the bad news though!

I wrote xellous and now I'm getting an E79 error. What should I try?

EDIT: Does the Jtag on/off have anything to do with this? I just forgot I had it to off when I updated to 7371...

Do I need to reflash xellous or just move the switch?

Damn, even after weeks of reading and reading it still didn't prepare me...

No go. I still get the E79 error. Even tried at 0 and still got the E79.

Can I write my original nand back or do I need the CPU key?

I think I'm going to have my buddy solder the other QSB on. I don't like using the two wires since that is supposed to be for Falcon motherboards and not Xenons.
