Will This method work instead of the r-jtag qsb?

So as you can see in earlier threads I Lost my r-jtag aud clamp qsb and I needed an alternative then I found this tutorial http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/how-to-jtag-a-falcon-zephyr-aud-clamp.627980/ and I looked u the parts in radioshake they are only 4.49 bucks is this the same thing what the qsb does and will this work for a replacement
