I'm having the problem where jungle flasher freezes during the flashing of a lite-on drive phat. It basically begins writing to bank one and never stops. I've tried everything with this stupid via card (which I am told is the issue with the freezing). From dosflash16 (which freezes on the erasing part) to dual booting windows xp 32 bit I've tried pretty much every tutorial, tried every port on the via card, tried every driver (and lack of driver) and it always freezes on writing to bank one (letting it run for at least 10 minutes, which I'm told should take seconds. I'm hoping the card is just defective because the drive is properly loaded into jungle flasher and shows the flash chip properties after using lite-on erase and cycling the drive.

Can't give a log as I have to kill the process. Using latest version (v0.1.88 Beta (280). And yes I have booted into dos.

Can you tell me how you use x360USBpro to fix your drive? I have a Lite-on drive that is not recognizing in JF after JF froze during a flash.

I own the x360USBpro but can't seem to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

Lite-On erase will bring that drive back to life, make sure you have your drive key/dummy.bin before running erase though!
I have attempted Lite-On erase probably 100 times and no luck.

Can you or anyone probably a step-by-step tutorial on how to repair this Lite-On drive? Thanks.

You could always give this a shot (thanks to Teajunkie).
Thanks for the tutorial.

However... it didn't work. Tried it a number of times.

My status never changes. Always 0x80. I don't get the status "Drive returned Status 0xD0" as suggested in the tutorial.

Any other tutorial?

I have the same exact issue...my computer shut off during the flash, not I cannot get the drive to read again. I have done everything, including lite-on erase. I have flashed numerous drives, but cant figure this one out.

I have read some forums where people kept trying and one day it finally worked.

Have you tried using DosFlash?

No but I'm familiar with DosFlash. Is it compatible with x360USB? Prior to purchasing x360usb, I did attempt with dosflash without any luck. I even tried iPrep..
