Wire adapter install question

I'm doing a wire install on a 1.4-1.5 xbox (no multimeter, so not sure) with a 2.6ce lite. I have all the wires soldered, but get FRAG after 3 power cycles. Should I assume the problem is the soldering and not the d0?

A bad D0 point will not result in a frag. Check you soldering again. Also, take a look at the switches and make sure there is good contact at both connections.

check you ground wire, thats the brown one, it gets me every freaking time
