FIXED Won't Boot Demon NAND?

So i have a trinity slim here with a rev c and i have had it laying around for a couple months now i just quit paying attention to it.

Should the console boot the demon nand when its written to stock nand? When i have it set to prg it does but when its on normal it gives a very short very faint glitch light on the coolrunner and it never boots. when i switch to the xbox nand it boots fine

EDIT: i got it to glitch on glitch nand never mind i had wrong ldv. the xbox shouldnt boot i guess with stock nand written on demon nand and coolrunner set to nor

That will cause the red LED to be barley lit and the console won't glitch. What does the demon do when the coolrunner is set to normal and you try booting the demons nand? Is the demon switched to XB?

demon is switched to xb. on demon nand coolrunner is set to norm, it will give a very faint glitch light and not boot. i set cr to prg and it boots.

on the xbox nand it boots no matter how coolrunner is set

Probably need to touch up the nand points or the qsb point by ce.. just a guess though.. wheres the required install pics?

Like dmack said, you need to post pics of your soldering so we can rule that out... only if your soldering is good. Just make sure all the points have solid contact and use plenty of flux to get a solid joint.

Not sure I agree with this. Once the Demon is installed properly it should operate independently of the CR and just like the onboard. I have done so and I've seen others suggesting the same and that is installing the Demon and testing with the stock NAND before even installing the CR.

Same here. I always write sock NAND first to check everything

You even quoted him saying that he wrote the stock NAND to the Demon lol. Not sure where the confusion is.

Maybe we are both misunderstanding the OP.

Edit: I think it was just poor wording in the OP causing the confusion.
