Basically I have a friends 0225 here, i fitted a unlocked repalcement PCB and flashed it a while back with no problems. He bought it around for me to update to LT 2.0 but it didnt seem to flash any more. I got an x360usbpro, thinking that would solve the problem, how ever the drive doesnt seem to flash correctly. It reads the key as F's and says that there isnt any firmware on the drive. When i try to manually spoof the key and flash LT 2.0 it says the write has been verified but once ive locked and outro'd the drive it says key not verified and get the play dvd message on the xbox. It does this when flashing to stock as well. When i read the firmware again, i get the same issue dvd key is FFFF etc and there is no file in the source box.
I have tried everything I can thing of. Do you think that maybe the placement pcb is dead?
Ive tried using another PC and it still wont work. I can flash other phat drives fine with the x360usb pro.
