wont load 3.0.3 just 3.0.1

I started with 3.0.1 so I needed to flash it to 3.0.3. I set it to on, on, off, off, off and went threw the flashing process. everything seemed to have worked fine, xbox shut off. When I powered it back on it came to the first starting screen and said it had 3.0.1 still. Why wont it load 3.0.3?

you need to flash the chip with x3 3294 bios
as well the switch setting are for a 1mb bios not 256k as is flashbios
why are you trying to flash it with flashbios 3.0.3 if flashbios 3.0.1 works
