wont play any bckups or originals after 2.0 update

okay guys i need your help i updated my liteon that had 1.9 on it to the new 2.0 im on dash 13599 and all i get now is open tray when i flashed it to LTPlus-025-v2.0 what the hell am i doing wrong i have reflashed the drive 5-6 times already and still nothing any help would be great thanks.

and you are sending vendor outro? clicking the button even twice? i know on my slim lite on you have to send outro 2 to 3 times before it properly outros it, not sure if it applies to phat lite ons

sounds like you flashed the wrong key

thats what i thought but its the same dummy bin that i saved when i did the phatkey and i even went back and looked at the key from the ofw

Take your ofw..load as source, then load lt+ 2.0 as target then hit spoof. Next click lite on erase in mtk flash, follow insructions...power cycle.. once you get your chip properties, click write, after the write is verified click outro, click outro twice just to be sure. Then your done. Make sure you are using your ofw from the first time you dumped the drive.

if you are getting open tray, that's often the sign of a weak laser, not a bad dvdkey

try to POT tweak

so far it has said that on 2 lite-on and another one it works but plays orig fine and keeps trying to load a backup but at the end it says open tray

I have the same problem after my upgrade to 2.0. I have a hard time believing that the laser would go bad within a matter of minutes. I did not load my OFW as source. I used the LT 1.91 firmware that was already flashed to drive. I made sure that the key matched after I spoofed to 2.0 and proceeded with the write. No luck. I will try and go back and use the OFW this time.

I went back and loaded my OFW from my first dump and it worked. It can now read retail and backups

been working and could not post any proggres but still a no go with ofw i did load 2.0 on a extra benq dive i had and its good to go but still nothing with both lite-on i tryed it on ill try again this weekend and see how it goes..........Int03h

Thanks bro, I mistakenly thought that since the CFW had the key and as long as that key matched the one on the new target everything was cool.

I didnt use my OFW to update. In fact, i updated my dash before flashing it with LT+2.0. The drive changed from 748 to 025 becouse of the dash update. It´s important to have the KEY from your drive. Then is just manual spoofing the key to 025_LT+2.0. It worked for me.
