Wont start after flashing with new bios?

I saw that you there was a new bios out so I got it and copyed the X3 2913.bin file to my C: drive on my xbox where the old ,bin was. Any ways I booted into the bios and flashed banks 1234 and forgot to set up the switch board ON ON OFF OFF. Then I went into bios and set current bios to the 2193. It siad I had to restart so I did. The when I tryed to start it back up it just keept shutting down. So I set the bank to position Off On OFF OFF and truned my xobx on and got to the bios flashing screen. For there I enabled network falshing and did the httpflash using the same bios again. This time I had the bank switch set to ON ON OFF OFF to do banks 1234 because that is the bank it is set to use. After I flashed it still would not restart. Now I can't get to the bios flash screen and I can't boot. The only place I can get is the msDashboard. I hope this is enough info I want to get back to my beloved Halo.

Never mind I got it. I had to boot to the bgackup bios to flash but this time I used the v16 bios!!!! Works now!

Can u boot backup (press pwr & reset together)..then set bank either on,on,off,off,off or off,on,off,off,off and flash again
