wooops!!

Hi everyone got a bit of a problem please help.

Chipped a v1.4 for a bloke at work (don't know if it was working when I got it, maybe he's trying to pull a fast one). Now with the chip enabled it reboots a few times then flashes red/green.

With the chip disabled it does the exact same thing, My mate did the soldering and everything looks ok,,,,don't understand,,,,I chipped my v1.6 no problems and my soldering looks like I've got parkinsons disease.

Please please help.

recheck soldering with muiltmeter that your geting correct voltage to each pin
allso check for solder splash or bad trace

Sorry to be a spaz, what should the voltage be from each pin.

I take it this sounds like a installation problem, I was confused by the fact it still doesn't boot with the chip disabled or removed.
