working hitachi rom v0078k 2006

I modded my hitachi drive rom v0078k with the slax cd and a onboard sil 3132 chipset the only way i could get the chipset to put the drive into mode b was to constantly eject the drive wile booting slax
Works great backed up 2 games and they play fine
so you can use some silicone image chipsets after 2006

it is down as not working but if you managed it good. afaik a few people have done it this way
