worried about evox installation

I downloaded an evox off of a p2p network, but there were only two files in the download, an evox file that was in BIN format, and a readme file. Should I try to find another, or will this be ok?

The Bin File needs an assoicated .cue file for it to burn correctly. The cue file is an index for the bin. If you cannot find one you can convert the bin to an iso format with magiciso and then try burning it with nero, it should then work for you.
