First off i'd like to thank and congratulate TeamXecuter on their release of Xenon RGH hack! well done guys will use it at some point on my drive less Xenon's i got lying around, anyway back to my question, i have two jtag'able consoles here Falcon + Zephyr both with 0022 which i got in a bulk lot of consoles that had been RROD so i dumped all the boards nands and turns out these two had unpatched CB's along with others that i got working anyhow i thought i'd have a crack at repairing these two, X-Clamp fixed both consoles, nothing.... so i reflowed them in my oven which i've had 100% success in with every other console, still nothing so im thinking the only possibilities left are bridged solder balls under CPU or a bad flash and i was wondering if there would be a way to make the RGH hack compatible with jtag'able consoles as i've noticed with my RGH dev-kit it got e74 the other day when booting to dash every time but if i booted glitch image eject button, it would boot fine? so im wondering if i could apply that to these boards to try and revive them and build a clean nand image?

I really doubt it, as you bought a bulk lot the consoles probably have been messed with already (Towel "trick", heat gun, oven or maybe even a pro has already tried to fix them).

0022 Error.

BTW: You really shouldn't use a oven to try a reflow, first of all it's no good for the capacitors, and second of all it's pretty much impossible to get a good reflow.

Even with proper equipment it's a pain to get the right profile (Components can only withstand a certain temperature for a certain time without doing damage to the components, you need to be real close to that for a proper reflow).

Xell only uses the CPU, not GPU. E74 is a GPU error.

0022 usually needs a GPU reball. Oven reflows will rarely ever fix this error.
Correction, xell does use the gpu, if anything more than the CPU.

It uses the gpu in a different way however. This is why a genuine rrod can occur yet xell still work.

0022 could also be a nand error.

0022 can be nand and GPU is a bit wide. It is known that E74 and other errors can boot xell. best bet is reball the cpu and gpu. Also 0022 can be caused by CPU_PLL shorted causing the cpu to malfunction.

first off its a halogen oven i've used for refolwing consoles for the past 2 years i've got a heat proof mould i've made and i've always had success which is whats making me think this is a nand error the RGH booted into xell even with e74 GPU/HANA error so would writting an xell image to the jtagable's allow them to boot? atleast to get the cpu key then i could do a donor nand image or build a image with the tools available to us i've been working with xbox's for 5 years now, my second console i ever had was a xenon which i jtagged myself and i have worked with repairing jtags and retails for a while, just never thought to look into nand problems without a cpu key just to clear up confusion my RGH console is working fine now i had no problem with that its just the jtaggables i need help with

there is always the possibility they need a reball but then the falcon had never been opened so i don't think it would need that but i could be wrong just don't have the equipment or money for a reball
