Well a reality check would be in order.
The coounter of simultaneus users is not directly describing simultaneus users.
It just counts how many users had visited on the site between a specific time intervals.
That time interval could be set by setting how long a cookie is active on the server.
The cookie could be active on some forums like one hour or several days, which after it is removed from server log. Depending on settings on the site.
Examples.
If visiters per hour would be 100
A. Visit is logged for one hour.
Simultaneus user count = 1 * 100 => 100
B Visit is logged 1 day.
Simultaneus user count = 24h * 100 visits/hour => 2400
Well if you think about it. Is it day or night the visitors counter is close to 2000. At night when tested my theory I replied to a thread. Well non of the 2000 users did even read the new modifed thread in couple of hours.
Other way to get the counter hight is aviously to change the counters start number. Well that would be straight deception, so I dont think that is hapening in this case.
Note. Xecuter is a wery old on Xbox Scene with many old Xecuter mod version customers. They do have ppl on the forum that are not necessary interested of the newest mod instead reading older mod threads, as they are old customers with old mod version support requirements. Compared to other new mod seller’s forums, they have only one mod chip to support. Therefore it is avious for Xecuter to have more visitors than other new mod seller’s forums.
So the counter dont directly describe the popularity of different mod developers newest mod.
If somebody dissagries with me I would be happy to get his theory.

btw. I do maintain own web server so i do have some knowledge.
