Wrecked EEPROM

I accidently chose to "restore my EEPROM from X3" and now the xBox won't boot. After poking around in the forums it sounds like this is fixable but I can't find any kind of walkthrough on the subject.

Please help I just got this all put together today and now it's broken already!
