write ecc telling me version 00 wrong version

I've created the ecc and it created a file titled ecc_0000000000 I click write ecc and it tells me version 00 wrong version. I have been told this can be fixed and that i have a switch set wrong on my jrpv2 but i've tried changing the switched on the jrv2 yet it continues to tell me version 00 wrong version. It has nothing to do with the switch please fill out the rgh template as 00 wrong version is normally soldering related
