Wrong NAND flashed on Corona 4g

Hello, me again, same problem.
After taking the console to the shop and they wanted more money than I can spare on fixing it, I want to try alone again.
I have the xBox 360 slim 4gb corona (don't know the version).
What happened is that i accidentally flashed the wrong Nand for my console's motherboard and now its not working (it does boot to Xell if i power from eject button).
Unfortunately I don't have the original Nand.
if someone could please give me guidance or even a good tutorial I would be grateful.

Thank you for the guide, but i have some issues.
when I load my current nand and paste my CPUKey i get this:

Initializing flashdmp.bin..Nand Initialization Finished
Initializing flashdmp.bin..
Wrong CpuKey
System.NullReferenceException
Extracting..
Working...
Failed to create C-R.bin
