wrong voltage?

hey all,

im gettin 3.3v on my pin1 when it should be 0.2v which i think could be causing my fraggin when enabled problem, does anyone know who i can sort this voltage problem?

Check your soldering again. What version Xbox is it? What type of install did you do?
