Hey Guys! I have a v1.6 x-box and I just http flashed x2.5035 bios on my 2.6 ce chip suscessfully. The thing is, When I have Just the hdd plugged in, itll boot, and then day Xecuter ROX MY BOX then load to the m$ dash. Im trying to put evox on. NE ways when I plug in my dvd drive it will not go past the Xecuter Live.......whatever Black screen. Sometimes itll frag........and sometimes itll just go to a green screen after a while and say error 07. tHAT MEAN AN HDD PROBLEM I THINK. Also, the cd drive will not open. PLEASE HELP.

Could be a problem with your ide cable or connections. Have you got a spare from your pc that you can test with?
Check your soldering on the back of the motherboard at/around the ide port. It's possible there is a short or soldered the hdd led to the wrong pin possibly?
To be honest i haven't come across the problem before. I suppose you can also try swapping the hdd with an ide spoare one just to confirm... but probably thats not the problem.
