X-Clamp replacement help

Hello,

Because my 360 (febr. 2006 with Samsung) is frequently freezing in the XMB or game I will replace the X-clamps.

I have a few questions before I am going to help my 360:

1) Do you have to change both X-clamps?
2) Is the GPU under the heatsink and CPU under heatpipe?
3) Is GPU causing RoD or also the CPU?
4) Some instructions say that you have to tight down the bolts very hard before overheating, other say not.
5) Do the Talisman (led) fans also help prevend the RoD in combination with X-clamp replacement?

I think this will help you more than enough. BTW, the leds wont cause the 3 RLOD. It happens cause theres some hardware failure on your console. rbjtech clamp fix

the gpu is most of the time what is bad
gpu is under the dvd drive
there are different way for doing it.(bigd23 does the fixes at the site if you dont wont to jump on this kind of thing)
the fans wont hurt anything.i like mine and it looks good to
