X2 5035 edit colors, settings not working

I have tried using both X2 Tool and x2 Config Maker. I can connect to the xbox and the program says that it ftp'd the files over, but when I reboot I see the original green flubber animation and not the blue one I configured. Also, Where does the x2config.ini file go? I can ftp it to the xbox myself if I knew where to put it. Same thing with the x2 logo that replaces the Microsoft logo at the bottom of the X screen. Where does it go? Any helo would be appreciated.

x2config can go in either E of F drive
x2logo in E drive i think

Thank you! None of the readme's had that little bit of useful information in them . I just put my x2logo.bmp and x2config.ini file in the root directory of the E drive and everything worked great!

I was having a similar problem, Ive managed to change the flubber colour and have cycling L.E.Ds but I can't get the X logo to show up, I just get a black screen.

check your config file that you've haven't changed the show x logo option to 0

also make sure it isnt set to all black!
